Opportunity

We broaden opportunities for people to develop the skills and confidence needed to build successful working lives.

Our ambition is to drive social mobility and career readiness through three key pillars: empowering youth by delivering RISE workshops with volunteers, expanding professional pathways by providing paid internships, and deepening our community impact by working with a wide range of charitable partners, including supporting Breaking Barriers learners through to the ACCA qualification.

Internships

We're committed to creating meaningful opportunities and breaking down barriers for underrepresented youth through partnerships with organisations that share the same ambitions. Our paid summer internships, lasting from four to seven weeks, are held annually in our Manchester or London offices. These internships are designed to transform the horizons and prospects of young people in the UK, growing in strength each year.

Rise by ICAEW

Partnering with ICAEW's social mobility programme, Rise, by supporting GCSE students from low socio-economic backgrounds with skills workshops.

How these opportunities change lives

Career Ready mentoring helps me by extending my knowledge on topics I didn't know I needed when it comes to the working world. Having a mentor allows me to learn new things and develop new skills to prepare me for my future in the world of work.
